Finance 4 Human is one of the four divisions of H4H.
At Finance4Human, we target to find deserving individuals who want to start their own business but are unable to do so due to limited financial operations.
F4H, follows the no profit model, hence performs rigorous background checks before allocating the amount to an individual. The amount is given as an interest free loan and the return installments are devised as per the capacity of the requester.
Every F4H project has three to four prime members
- Focal person,
- Financer / Donor
- H4H Organizer
- Requester
Focal Person, handles the distribution and later receiving of the cash. The focal person is also responsible for background check of the requester. The focal person receives monthly installments of the loan from the user, once the full amount has been recovered, the focal person returns the amount to H4H, this amount is then deposited back to the H4H capita and later used for some other project. This methodology ensures complete recovery, less documentation hassle and continuous increase in the principal amount of H4H donation.
Financer / Donor, is the prime donor who arranges the amount for a specific project. Since the projects are normally microfinance projects and do not need huge amount of money, hence normally the Donor is put in with direct contact to the Focal Person. This ensures ultimate transparency and personal satisfaction of the donor. In case of multiple donors, the group of donors may decide the prime donor, who will be responsible for all the contact with Focal Person. A large base of our donors want to keep their identity hidden for sacred purposes, hence, as in all H4H projects, we provide the facility of pseudo-names, where the donor can ask for a specific pseudo-name, which would be published on all publicly accessible materials of H4H. H4H Organizer, the role of H4H organizer is kept to bare minimum, most of the times H4H organizer is responsible for the transfer of amount to the focal person or requester. In some cases, if the donor is not able to bear 100% loan amount, H4H organizer will assist in raising the remaining money. H4H organizer can also take up the duties of Donor, if the loan is given from Generic H4H donation box. In short, the H4H Organizer is there to make the life easy for both Donor and Focal Person, but we try keeping the role of H4H organizer to bare minimum.
Requester, is the person who applies for a micro finance role. The requester must provide two individual guarantors who vouch for his/her credentials and accept the responsibility of monitoring the borrower and give assurance to persuade the borrower for timely payment of loan. One of the two guarantors may be from the same family.
